Description

Weston Lawn is a two-storey house dating from the late 19th century, with a later 19th-century extension forming a double-depth plan. The house is constructed of coursed squared limestone rubble, with ashlar dressings around some of the openings, and a Welsh slate roof. The front elevation has three windows, with French doors in ashlar frames on the ground floor, likely a later 19th-century alteration. First-floor windows are six/six sash windows with soldier course heads. The roof is hipped. The rear of the house has plain plate glass sashes and a modern glazed door with a pent slate porch. Some slate on the south-west front elevation has been recently re-slated with modern materials. The rear elevation is not visible. The interior has not been inspected.
