Farmhouse, now a house and cafe. Late C17, probably 1682, altered and extended 1909. Rubble, partly rendered with freestone quoins and dressings; double Roman tiled roof with coped raised verges and ashlar stacks. 2 storeys. North elevation, in 2 parts. To the right are 4 bays of the C17 house: single and 2-light casement windows in ovolo moulded mullions and surrounds; under a continuous dripmould on the ground floor and 2 are under dripmoulds on the first floor; door, formerly off-centre to left, now a C20 door at left. The left part has a single light window on the ground floor and a 2-light on the first floor, both in ovolo moulded surrounds; central C20 door. Single storey wing projects at left. South elevation. The west end has three 2-light windows and a C20 central door, all under a continuous dripmould; three 2-light and a single light window on the first floor; (formerly 2 gables - 1860's drawing). The east end 2 storeys and attics in 2 gabled dormers: 3 large pane sash windows in plain architraves; inset datestone reads "LC/E/1682" and above "REBUILT/1909".
