Description

The former stables of Goring Hall, likely built around 1830, feature a three-sided courtyard design. The building includes one-storey coach-house wings on either side and a two-storey range at the rear, which has a plain arch in the center. The exterior is finished with cobbles and brick dressings, topped with slate roofs that have a brick modillion cornice. The roofs are formed into pediments on the gables of the coach-house wings, which include roundels, and over the arch of the main block. Additionally, there are semi-circular windows on the ground floor on each side, with extensions beyond the coach-house wings.
