Description
The lodges and gateway to Park Crescent, originally listed as The Lodge and Gateway, are a notable 19th-century structure. The gateway features three caryatid arches, with the central arch designed for carriages and the side arches for pedestrians. A pair of lodges is connected to the gate by short sections of wall that have a cornice, which continues around the one-storey lodges and over the round-headed window in each. The lodges are topped with hipped slate roofs. The lodges and gateway, along with Nos 1 to 14, form a group with Beechwood Hall.
