Description

Gullege is an excellent example of a small manor house from the early 17th century, once belonging to the Allfrey family. The main facade faces south and is constructed of local stone, featuring stone dormers, mullions, gables, finials, and strings. The east front is timber framed, while the west front is also timber framed but covered with tiling. The north front has a roof that sweeps down to within 5 feet of the ground, and there are two magnificent stacks. The roof is made of Horsham slabs.
