Description

Spicer's Farmhouse is an L-shaped timber-framed building dating from the 15th to 16th century. The structure is now mostly covered in tile-hanging, with an ashlar extension to the south. The timber framing with plaster infilling is exposed on the north wall. The east wing features a gable with moulded bargeboards, and there is a gabled projection at the center of the north front. The roof is partly covered with Horsham slabs and partly tiled. The farmhouse is two stories high and has four windows, along with two contemporary staircases and a queen post roof.
