Tyes Place is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building located in Staplefield. The ground floor has been refronted in the 18th century with red bricks and grey headers, while the upper part is tile-hung. The building features a tiled roof and has sash windows with intact glazing bars on the first floor, with casement windows below. It is two storeys high with an attic, containing three windows and two dormers.
