Description

Kemp's Farmhouse was built in 1840 for a foreman of the London to Brighton railway, which was under construction nearby. The farmhouse is two storeys high and has two windows. It is faced with weather-boarding and features a hipped slate roof. The glazing bars are intact, and the doorway is adorned with pilasters and a low pediment.
