Description
Roffey Place is an 18th-century building located on Crawley Road in Horsham Rural. It is two storeys high and features five windows, constructed from red brick with an eaves cornice and a Horsham slab roof. The building has casement windows, and at the south-west end, there is a 19th-century window bay with a gable above it. Additionally, there is a square red brick porch, beyond which the original porch has been reset. The original porch includes Corinthian columns, a pediment, and a semi-circular fanlight. Adjacent to the house on the south-west side is a timber-framed shed with red brick infilling.
