Fernbrook Cottage, Old Timbers, and Oak Tree Cottage is a building that has been subdivided, originally dating from the 18th century with a front that belongs to an older structure. It stands two storeys tall and features four windows. The exterior is made of painted brick, while the first floor of Old Timbers is faced with weatherboarding. The roof is steeply pitched, primarily covered in tiles, although Oak Tree Cottage has Horsham slabs. The windows are casement style.
