Description

Newhouse Farmhouse is an L-shaped timber-framed building from the 17th century or earlier, with alterations made in the 19th century. It stands two storeys high and features two windows. The ground floor is now faced with red brick, while the upper storey is tile-hung, with a bellcast detail that conceals the bressumer. The west end has a roughcast gable, and the building has a tiled roof. Modern casement windows have been installed, and there is a 19th-century tile-hung wing located at the back.
