Description

The Malthouse in Mockbridge is a 17th century or earlier long timber-framed building featuring red brick infilling. The northernmost window bay is of a higher elevation, and the building has a tiled roof with casement windows. Originally constructed as a malthouse for brewing beer, it was still in use for this purpose until the early 20th century, but has since been converted into a dwelling.
