Description

Cobb Court is a building dating from around 1800. It is two storeys tall and features three windows. The exterior is stuccoed with a tiled roof, and the glazing bars are intact. There is an elliptical porch that has a modillion cornice and a lead half-dome. On the ground floor, to the north of the porch, there is a curved bay. Above this on the first floor, there is a bulls-eye window. Additionally, on the outer side of the bulls-eye window, there is a projecting portion of one window made of painted brick with a slate roof.
