Description

Cootham Lea is an L-shaped building situated on the Storrington Pulborough Road in Cootham. The east wing of the building is a 17th-century or earlier timber-framed structure. The timber framing is exposed with plaster infilling, and features curved braces at the north end, while the remainder of the wing is stuccoed. The roof is tiled. It has casement windows and two storeys, with three windows facing forward. The west wing dates to the 19th century and is constructed of red brick with tile hanging.
