Description

Cootham House is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys high with an attic. The original section features three windows and two gabled dormers. It is constructed of coursed stone with red brick dressings, including quoins, a stringcourse, and a modillion eaves cornice. The roof is tiled and the windows are casement style. There is a 19th-century porch on the front. At the south end, there is a two-storey addition with one window, while at the north end, there is a ground floor section that has a pentice at the front.
