The Jennie Wren Restaurant, formerly known as Groomlands, is a timber-framed building that likely dates back to the 16th century, although it has a date of "Circa 1480" painted on it. The building features plaster infilling on the first floor and painted bricks on the ground floor, topped with a tiled roof. It has casement windows and a modern gabled porch.
