Description

Mulberry Place is a building originally constructed as a barn around 1600. It was converted into a house around 1920 and was initially named Chantry Barn. The building features a restored timber frame with plaster infilling and has a half-hipped roof covered with Horsham slabs. It is two storeys high and has three windows, which are modern casement types. A modern porch has also been added.
