Description

A 17th-century cottage located on North Parade in Beaulieu. The building is two storeys high and has four windows. The ground floor is painted brick, while the upper floor is white weather boarding. The roof is primarily covered with Horsham slabs, with a section at the southwest end tiled. Most of the windows are casement windows. There are two projecting porches constructed of white-painted brick with tiled roofs.
