Description

Gibbon's Mill House is the original mill-house, built in the 16th century. It has a half-H plan and features a timber-framed structure with plaster infilling. The ground floor has been rebuilt in painted brick, while the first floor is tile-hung. The building has gables on the projecting wings and originally had a roof made of Horsham slabs, though most of it has been replaced with tiles. It has casement windows, one storey and an attic, with a total of four windows and three dormers.
