Description

Sheffield Mill Farmhouse, originally the mill-house, dates to the early 17th century. The ground floor was rebuilt using red brick and ashlar, while the upper floor retains timber framing and tile hanging. The roof is tiled. The house is two storeys high with three windows. The sides are faced with ashlar at ground floor level, with tile hanging above. A modern wing has been added to the rear. The original mill, to which this was the associated house, has been demolished.
