Description

Poles Acre Barn is a 17th-century barn featuring three bays. It is constructed with a timber frame and brick infill, supported by curved tension braces. The roof is tiled, and casement windows have been inserted. The roof structure includes clasped purlins, with raking Queen posts supporting the middle trusses and three Queen struts extending to the gable ends.
