Brookside is a 17th century or earlier restored timber-framed building located on Radford Road in Tinsley Green. It stands two storeys tall, with the ground floor featuring exposed timber framing and plaster infill. The first floor is tile hung, displaying bands of pointed tiles. The building has a tiled roof that extends under an outshut at the rear. It includes three casement windows, and the central bay projects forward, highlighted by a central porch.
