Description

Radford Farmhouse is a 16th-century restored timber-framed building, believed to have originally served as a barn for Brookside. It stands two storeys tall, with exposed framing that features some curved braces on the first floor and pointed brick infilling. The farmhouse has a very steeply pitched thatched roof, which includes two dormers with four-light mullions. There is an external brick chimney stack and two casement windows. The doorcase is located in the recessed centre of the building. Radford Farmhouse is also listed on Surrey County Council's Antiquities list.
