The Homestead is a 17th century house located on the west side of Selsey High Street. It has two storeys and features five windows. The exterior is constructed of red brick with grey headers and is topped with a hipped thatched roof. The house has modern casement windows. The entrance includes a doorway with pilasters, a pediment, and a door that has six moulded panels.
