Description

This early 19th-century building occupies a prominent position on the east side of Selsey High Street. It is two storeys high and originally had three windows. The exterior is stuccoed, and the roof is now a modern hipped slate. The windows retain their Venetian shutters and original glazing bars. A porch with slender columns provides entrance. A modern shop front has been built out to the northwest.
