Description
This is an early 19th-century group of houses located on the south-east side of Cavendish Street, immediately adjacent to number 15. The buildings are part of a larger group, numbers 1 to 50, which are recognized for their collective architectural merit. They have a higher roofline and a more steeply pitched roof than surrounding properties, and share similarities in design with numbers 14 and 15. The buildings are two stories high and each has one window bay. They are constructed of red brick with alternating grey brick headers. The doorways are topped with segmental arches, accentuated by painted brick voussoirs.
