Broad Stream Cottage is an 18th century or earlier cottage located on Funtinton Old Bridge Road in Broadbridge, Bosham. The building is one storey with an attic and features a gable end. It has two windows and a hipped thatched roof. The cottage is constructed with whitewashed wattle and daub on a timber frame and has two chimneys at the left end.
