Description

Ratham House is an 18th-century mill-house located on Ratham Lane in West Ashling. It is a two-storey building with three windows. The front elevation is faced with rough plaster, and the roof is tiled. The windows are casement type. A doorway features a pediment above a six-panel door. Later additions are located to the rear of the original structure.
