Description
Suffolk House is an 18th-century building located on the north side of East Row. It stands three storeys tall and features four windows. The exterior is constructed of red brick and has an eaves bracket cornice. The sash windows are set in reveals with flat arches, and the glazing bars remain intact on the ground and first floors, complemented by rubbed brick voussoirs. The entrance boasts a doorway framed by Doric columns, topped with a pediment and a semi-circular fanlight. The door itself is a six-panel moulded design, with four panels cut away and glazed, set within panelled reveals. Above the doorway is a stone coat of arms.
