Description

East Row No. 1 is an 18th-century building, part of a pair with No. 28 Little London, sharing a common roof span. It is two storeys high with three windows. The roof is red-tiled, with a mansard shape, and has a red brick dentilled cornice just below the eaves. The windows are in their original frames; those on the ground floor have slightly curved headings, and the glazing bars are intact. The front door has six moulded and fielded panels, with a rectangular fanlight above. The door is within a doorcase featuring an impost moulding that returns down the sides of the door frame, topped by a rectangular pediment with dentils.
