Description

A range of 18th-century cottages, Nos. 22 to 25, stand in Little London. The cottages are two storeys and have an attic, with a tiled gabled roof. A dentilated brick cornice runs below the eaves. Each cottage has one window bay and one flat-roofed dormer. They are built of red brick and feature sash windows with intact glazing bars; the ground-floor windows have slightly curved headings. Small, modern circular windows are also present on the first floor, positioned above the doorways. The cottages have six-panelled doors with moulded and fielded panels, leading to door frames with slightly segmental arches. Flat hoods, supported by brackets, shelter the doorways.
