Description

Richmond Cottage and Sunrise Cottage are two attached houses located on Petworth Road, known locally as the Dukey type. They were built in the mid-19th century and feature a half-H plan. The buildings are two storeys tall and have four windows. The exterior is constructed from coursed flints with red brick dressings, quoins, a string course, and dripstones above the windows, which also have grey headers. The roof is tiled, and the windows are casement style. The end window bays project and are topped with gables.
