Description

Two open-sided sheds at the south end of Oakhurst farmyard date from the late 18th century to the mid 19th century. These outbuildings are timber framed and thatched. The shed extending northeast from the south corner of the farmyard is a four-bay structure with a Queen-post roof and weather-boarded outer walls. There is a lower shed attached at right angles, extending northwest from the south farmyard corner, which also has four bays and timber staves in the rear wall. These sheds are included as part of a group with Oakhurst Farmhouse.
