Description

Greatham House, formerly known as Greatham Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. This two-storey building features three windows and is constructed of red brick. It has a modillion eaves cornice, and the central window bay projects slightly, topped with a pediment. The roof is covered with slate. The windows retain their Venetian shutters and glazing bars, with the outer windows being twin windows. The doorway is adorned with pilasters, a pediment, and a semi-circular fanlight.
