Washington House is an early 19th-century building located on St Paul's Road. It has two storeys and features four windows. The exterior is constructed from flints with bottle glass and red brick dressings. A wooden porch enhances the entrance, which includes a six-panel moulded door. Notably, the top two panels of the door are cut away and glazed, and there is a flat segmental fanlight above the door.
