Description
Otterham House is an early 19th-century building, used as a hall of residence, situated on Upper Bognor Road. It is three storeys high and has three windows. The building is constructed of red brick and features a modillion eaves cornice. The original glazing bars are missing. A 19th-century bay window is present on the ground floor. The main entrance is a round-headed doorway with a semi-circular fanlight, sheltered by a 19th-century glass porch with a decorated gable and finial. A small east wing contains a round-headed doorway with a semi-circular fanlight and a six-panel moulded door. Otterham House is part of a group forming an architectural entity with numbers 41 to 57 (odd), 55A, numbers 65 to 71 (odd), and associated walls.
