Description

Niagara House, located on Upper Bognor Road, dates from around 1830 and is a two-storey building with three windows. The exterior is finished in stucco and features a string course, cornice, and parapet. The glazing bars are intact, and there is a porch with a doorway that has a six-panel moulded door and a rectangular fanlight. Along Mead Lane, there is a flint wall. Niagara House is part of a group that includes Nos 41 to 57 (odd), No 55A, and Nos 65 to 71 (odd).
