Description

The Sussex Arms Public House is a public house built around 1830. It features a rendered exterior with a plinth, a decorative band, and a cornice that leads to a coped parapet. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, with stacks at each end. The building has two storeys and a symmetrical front with three windows. The windows are sashes, with the ones in the outer bays being tripartite. There is a central porch that is also parapetted, with pilaster-piers at the corners.
