Description

Manor Cottage is a house dating from the 16th century, possibly timber-framed, and is clad in coursed flint with red brick quoins and dressings. It features a hipped slate roof with gablets and a ridge stack located to the left or center. The building may have originally been a hall-house. It has two storeys and an irregular arrangement of windows, which are casements. There is a planked door situated under the second window from the left. At the rear, there is a two-storey wing that abuts a catslide outshut of the main block. The interior was not seen during the time of the re-survey.
