Description

3 and 4 The Wells is a house that dates from the 16th century or earlier. It features a timber frame that sits above a half-wall made of coursed malmstone on the left side, although this is mostly hidden by tile hanging. Some of the framing is visible at the front, but it is largely covered by red brick. The building has two storeys and three windows, which are arranged in a very irregular pattern. It has a very high-pitched tiled roof with a later chimney added to the right end. The windows are modern small leaded casements.
