Description
Domford is a house dating from the 16th century, with alterations made in the 19th century at the rear. It features a timber frame set on a rubble plinth, with whitewashed brick infill and a hipped plain-tiled roof that has end gablets. The building stands two storeys high and consists of four framed bays. There is a ridge stack on the left and a 20th-century stack on the right, with another end stack on the left. The first floor displays exposed tension braces. The windows are arranged irregularly, with three on the first floor and three leaded windows on the ground floor. A small diamond-pane casement window is located between the floors on the left end, which has a half-weatherboarded pentice extension. To the right, there is a plank door situated in a gabled brick porch. Additionally, there is a wing at right angles to the rear left, which includes a gabled dormer and an end stack.
