Description

This is a house, likely dating to the late 18th century, that has been extended and altered over time. It is constructed of painted red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, set on a rubble stone plinth. The left return side is of galleted rubble stone with brick dressings. The roof is tiled. The house is two storeys high, with two bays, and features an added single-storey wing on the left, which is not considered to be of particular architectural interest. Steps lead to a central wooden door. The windows are 20th century 2-light casements. The eaves are stepped. There are slightly projecting end stacks on the front roof pitch. The right return side contains a 2-light window with a narrower, one-light window above. The property is included on the list for its group value.
