Description
Coldharbour Farm is a house dating from the 17th century, with late 19th and 20th century extensions at both ends. The central part of the building is timber framed with brick infill, featuring fishscale tile hanging on the first floor and swept out courses over the ground floor. The rear pitch has a Horsham slab roof. The left extension has red stretcher and blue header alternating bands of brickwork, with club tile hanging above, while the right extension is made of brown brick, both topped with plain tiled roofs.
The central and left sections are two storeys tall, while the left range is taller and the right section is single storey. The old range has three framed bays and a corbelled stack to the left of centre. There are four diamond-pane leaded casements, alternating between two and three lights. On the ground floor, there are three casement windows, two of which are leaded, and a half-glazed door to the left of centre. The left-hand extensions feature two ground floor sash windows with yellow brick cambered heads and two first floor windows, one located under the gable. The right-hand extension has large casement doors, and there is a 20th century glazed door in the porch recess at the junction of the two ranges.
