Description

The building is a stable block dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed of red and blue brick set on a stone base, with weatherboarding above and a plain tiled hipped roof. The stable is two storeys high and features two wooden mullion casement windows on the first floor of the north side. There is a central hay loft door leading to the first floor, and the ground floor entrance is accessed by a ramp made of stone paving, which is supported by a brick retaining wall. This structure is included in the register for its group value only.
