Description
Deepcut Place is a house dating from the early 19th century. It features red and blue brick that is stuccoed on the front, topped with hipped slate roofs. The building has a parallel range double pile plan and stands two storeys high, with brick dentilled eaves and two stacks positioned to the left of the centre. The facade consists of four bays, with two bays in each range, and there are four original 12-pane glazing bar sash windows on each floor. The entrance is a six-panelled door located in the right-hand return front, set under a cambered arch that is flanked by fluted pilasters and topped with a triangular pediment. On the first floor to the right, there are two additional glazing bar sash windows. At the rear, there is a single-storey extension.
