Description

The Moore Chest Tomb, located 20 yards south of the Church of St. Lawrence in Chobham, is a Grade II listed structure dedicated to Edmund Moore, who died in 1750. The tomb features a stone plinth with a stepped base and raised panelled sides that include recessed angle piers decorated with vermiculated bands. The lid is made of grey stone, inscribed, and topped with a Coat of Arms, which is surrounded by a moulded edge.
