Description
Little Heath Farm House is a house dating from the late 16th century at the rear and the early 18th century at the front. It is constructed of brown and red brick and features a plain tiled roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, which is illuminated by two small hipped roof leaded casement dormers. There is a plat band above the ground floor and end ridge stacks, with part of the right side rendered.
The front of the house is regular, consisting of five bays with wood framed mullioned and transom leaded casement windows. The outer bays have taller three-light windows, while the centre of the first floor has a taller two-light window. The ground floor windows are set under cambered heads. A central six-panel door is located beneath an open gabled hood. To the right, there is a gable front wing extension that is set back and three bays deep. Additionally, there are further wings at right angles to the rear left, with a parallel range across the return rear that contains an old stairwell.
