Probably C18. Two storeys with gable-lit attic. Painted brick with tiled roof, modillion eaves cornice. Two windows, glazing bar sashes with red brick flat arches in flush reed-moulded frames. Central half-glazed door with bracketted flat hood. Lean-to to right. Interior altered and incorporates stair turret.
