Description

High Elms is a three-storey Regency villa located on the north side of The Broadway in Laleham. The building is constructed of stucco and features a symmetrical parapet front with a slate roof. It has five sash windows, which include vertical glazing bars, and the first-floor windows are fitted with blind boxes. The villa has rusticated quoins that extend up to the second floor, which is adorned with a cornice and band. Access to the villa is from an extension on the right side, and there is a conservatory on the left.
