Description

The Turks Head Public House and Wisteria Cottage date from the mid-19th century. They are built of buff brick with a hipped tiled roof. The building has two and three windows, with glazing bar sashes. The first floor of the Turks Head has a panel for an inn sign at its centre. Wisteria Cottage features a chimney with a toothed brick capping, and a door on its right side with a lozenge-glazed transom light. The Public House has a central door flanked by 20th-century square window bays with bracketed cornices. The buildings are included on the list for their group value.
